Shipping

At Everything Unsaid, we want your order to arrive as beautifully as it was intended — every time.

Australia-wide shipping is free on all standard deliveries.
You also have the option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout for an additional cost.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by tracking details when your parcel has been dispatched.

• Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
• Express delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas).

Please note that during launch periods, sales, or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Everything Unsaid. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is in its original condition and packaging
• Has not been worn or damaged
• Includes all tags and protective case

To initiate a return, please contact our team via info@everythingunsaid.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

All sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
